Yes — it uses ElevenLabs voice models, the current state of the art in natural AI voice. Most callers finish a full conversation without noticing they were talking to AI. If a caller asks directly whether they're speaking with a human, CLETUS is instructed to answer honestly.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Two options: (1) we give you a new Twilio number and you forward your existing business line to it — instant, no porting — or (2) we port your existing number into the system so CLETUS answers it directly. Porting takes 5-10 business days; forwarding is immediate.
What happens when someone calls?
CLETUS picks up within two rings, greets the caller using your business name, asks how it can help, and answers their question from your knowledge base. It handles routine questions (hours, pricing, services, policies), captures booking intent with contact info, and transfers urgent calls to your cell based on rules you configure.
